About

Before automating processes, we worked inside them.

That sentence is the difference. We didn't come from technology alone: we came from operations, purchasing, logistics, supplier management and back office, which is where the time actually goes.

How we work

Four steps, in this order.

We don't automate for the sake of it. We automate where it makes sense. The sequence is not a consultancy method: it is how we avoid building something that was never needed.

Understand

You show us how the process works today. We watch it before rewriting it, and we talk to the person who actually does it.

Identify

We find the bottlenecks, the manual work and the openings. Also the parts best left alone.

Build

We design and develop the solution, starting with whatever removes the most hours so the difference shows up early.

Measure

We compare before and after in hours. If it can't be measured, we don't call it done.

Why it matters

It changes the questions we ask.

Anyone who has worked inside a process knows the manual and the reality don't match. They know there's one client who always gets a different rate, that one supplier's delivery notes have been wrong for years, and that there's a step that exists only because something went wrong once.

Those details are what break automations two weeks in. We ask about them at the start, while they're still cheap to handle.

Position

Against the alternatives.

A marketing agency

Good at running campaigns, but not at knowing what happens to an order between arriving and being invoiced. Automating without understanding operations produces systems that need babysitting.

A large consultancy

Delivers a solid diagnosis and a twelve-month plan, usually with nobody to build it afterwards. We do both, in weeks.

Doing it in-house

Sometimes that's the right answer, and we'll say so if we think it. The real obstacle is rarely capability: it's that whoever could do it already has a full week.

The team

Small, technical and close to operations.

There are four of us. We don't pretend to be a large consultancy and we're not a freelancer with more work than they can take on. You talk to the people who build it, decisions get made the same day, and there aren't three layers of management between the problem and the fix.

We don't publish team photos or biographies. What matters when deciding whether to work with us is the experience, not the faces.

We work mainly with companies of 5 to 100 employees in Spain: manufacturing, installation, construction, logistics, distribution and professional services.

Show us how you work today.

Seeing one process end to end is usually enough for us to say whether anything is worth doing.
