How we ship

We start with the action that repeats most — a job sheet, a checklist, a photo of evidence — and put it in the hands of the person who does it. The rest is added once it's already in use, not before.
If a website would do, we say so. An app costs more to keep alive; we don't propose one for a problem a form solves.
