Must state the full registered company name, tax identification number, registered address and a contact address for data protection matters.
Data we collect
The contact form collects name, company, email and, optionally, phone, website, company size, type of need, a description of the process and estimated time spent.
When the submission comes from the audit, the described process and the 8to30 Score calculated in the browser are attached as well.
Purpose and legal basis
Must specify the purpose (responding to the enquiry and any resulting commercial contact) and the applicable legal basis under Article 6 GDPR.
Retention
Must state how long data is kept and on what basis.
Recipients and processors
Must list the providers processing data on behalf of 8to30: email delivery provider, hosting, CRM and analytics tooling, once contracted.
International transfers
Must state whether any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area and under which safeguards.
Your rights
Must describe the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, how to exercise them, and the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
